For the equestrian:

* A 36’ x 36’ attached ell has all the creature comforts the serious rider demands.  Heated by a hot water/oil system, this area contains:

• A half bath
• Laundry w/washer & dryer
• Dressing room with lockers
• Huge viewing/gathering room w/picture windows looking over the outdoor arena to the mountains beyond.
