The facility was designed for ease of care inside and out allowing everyone to spend more time in the saddle. Every creature comfort was thought of, too, providing your clients, students and boarders with a great, organized experience while "at the barn".
Ride in all weather and all conditions, trailering in and out is easy, as the driveway loops around the facility. There's a bridle path for conditioning and nearby trails to give your horses a break from the arena.
A wide variety of paddocks are accessed by a center lane. They are of different sizes, some with sheds.
Pick up where the original owner of this facility is leaving off, a place with with an amazing reputation, great clientele and a superb country location just 6 minutes from Exit 8 off I-89, and just 25 minutes from Lake Sunapee, New London (home of Colby Sawyer College) and an hour from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

We highly recommend that you contact the local zoning, planning and/or building department to confirm your intended use of any property as part of your due diligence prior to purchase. Don’t assume that because you see a property for sale or neighboring properties being used a certain way that you can do the same. Zoning regulations can change, some properties may “grandfathered” or operating under a variance or special exception that may not be transferable to you so you should always verify for yourself that you can use, expand or modify a property in the manner you intend.
